There are some professors that seem to have a special gift with their students. These are some of the best and they are well worth a follow on Twitter for college students and perhaps even more individuals.
1. Jay Rosen: He’s great because he focuses on journalism so you know that the writing is excellent and relevant. He also offers insights on technology and just on life in general. He has a lot of great ideas to share and can be helpful to college students as well as interesting.
2. Dan Cohen: He writes on education and what it means to run a university. He is not only a history professor but a director of the department and therefore he has very unique perspectives. If you want some insight as to what makes your university run the way it does or just want comments of interest, this is the guy to follow.
3. Paul Levinson: He is new, he’s relevant, and he has something to say that really matters to students at this level. He is not only a professor of communication but also of new media so he gets what’s going on in this world. He also is a singer and songwriter so he’s just kind of a cool guy to keep up with.
4. Professor Astro: His world is about two things—being a professor and astronomy. He marries the two on his account and therefore it helps college students to understand the subject matter as well as the way that professor’s minds work as well.
5. Beth Harte: She is a marketing professor and that makes her interesting on its own. She also speaks at a level that college students can really appreciate and therefore she is someone that can be of interest universally.
6. Chuck Martin: He is not only a professor but also a businessman and a bestselling author. He has so many wonderful lessons from his experiences and he is an interesting guy in what he has accomplished. This gives college students something to be interested in and to learn from.
7. Carol Phillips: She is a professor but also a marketing expert and that makes her a great one to follow. She focuses on what it takes to be successful as a company and as an individual. There are great lessons to learn here and it can inspire college students.
8. Steven White: He is a professor, a businessman, and quite the comedian. He takes on real life issues but with a rather snarky sarcastic and humorous point of view. Therefore he will never fail at making you laugh about issues that really matter.
9. Patrick Strother: Whether you are a college student in business or just want to learn a bit about how businesses work, this is a great professor to follow for those lessons. He is a business professor and he analyzes and reports on how businesses work in their approach to consumers and to other businesses.
10. David Gerzof: He is a great one to follow because he runs his own company and acts as a professor so he has a lot to say. He also has some great findings on social media as this is a focus for him and his company and therefore he is the guy to go to for all that is current and meaningful.
College students have a lot to learn but they can tune into their favorite professors for lifelong lessons. There is a lot to learn here and some of it can actually be fun too.
